Prices and Bookings

Studio opening price of £8 for all classes

We ask that all classes are pre-booked and paid for in advance. Classes can be booked up to 1 week in advance with priority given to those who attend the class the previous week.

* Please note that we have a live booking system and your place in class can only be secured once we have spoken/contacted you and taken payment. If we are teaching, it may take us an hour or two to come back to you so to avoid disappointment (and especially when you are booking for a class the same day) we strongly advise booking online where at all possible.

If you have difficulty making payments by card, then please speak with us about alternative arrangements.


Transfer and Cancellation Policy

We understand that life gets in the way of exercise sometimes, so if you find that having booked a class, you can no longer make it along, you may transfer your booking (just the once!) free of charge to another class on the timetable open for bookings and subject to availability. Transfers can be made up to 24 hours before the start time of the original class. You can transfer the booking via your email confirmation or by contacting us directly.

For non-attendance at class due to Coronavirus related reasons, we will happily issue a class credit which can be used at a later date. Please view our Safe Together – Covid 19 studio statement for more information.

Please note that we are currently unable to offer refunds for pre-paid classes. We politely ask that you do not attend the studio in the hope of attending a class unless you have already booked.

Our timetable is designed to offer a balanced choice of exercise options to suit your level of ability and mood, with classes split into six simple categories - see the full descriptions below. Our classes cater for varying levels of ability, but if you would like advice on which classes may be best for you, do get in touch.

Would you like to have your own regular exercise class with a group of up to 6 friends or family? If so, then speak with us about Your Class, designed to give you the space to exercise with the people you know.

Classes run around the current timetable and the style and level of intensity can be tailored to your group.  Simply get in touch for further details or to book your class.

What is it?

A fun and easy to follow dance aerobics style class. You will learn different steps and moves as part of a routine, all performed to the beat of the music. The soundtrack includes music from across the decades and although no dance experience is needed, a sense of fun and a big smile is certainly helpful.

Who is it for?

Perfect for those who enjoy moving to music and want to give their brains a workout too! High and low intensity options are available making the class suitable for all abilities.

How will it help me?

Improved cardiovascular fitness, stamina, co-ordination skills and balance. The continous aerobic exercise makes it a great fat burner and also leaves you with that feel good factor!

What is it?

An easy to follow class with a broad range of exercises followed by a cool down and stretch section at the end. The class format varies from week to week to keep everything fresh and you on your toes! There is no need to be able to move to the music but a focus on movement will keep the heart rate up and the body warm.

Who is it for?

Suitable for everyone. This class allows you to work at your own level every time. Options to make the exercises easier or more challenging are always provided so you can work as hard as your day allows.

How will it help me?

Improved cardiovascular fitness. Greater muscular strength, stamina and endurance. Helping you stay fit and healthy for whatever life throws at you.

What is it?

The class starts with a simple warm up followed by low impact muscular strength and endurance exercises, without any jumping around. We work targeted muscle groups to trim up and improve strength - taking our time to focus on good technique in order to get the most out of the session and tone up without overloading joints.

Who is it for?

The low impact nature of this class makes it suitable for all abilities, including beginners. Anyone who would like to tone up or those advised to improve their core strength would certainly benefit from this class.

How will it help me?

Improved body shape, muscle tone and strength. Keeping you in good condition with maybe a little less wobble!

What is it?

A low impact class focussing on developing your flexibility, balance and posture. Inspired by fitness yoga in parts, this class takes you through a sequence of standing and floor-based movements before ending with a calming relaxation session.

Who is it for?

Suitable for all abilities, especially those who would like to improve flexibility, stretch out muscles, relax and unwind - without too much puffing and blowing.

How will it help me?

Improved flexibility, joint mobility and postural alignment. As well as a chance to relax and unwind, this class will help with your balance and core stability. Core stability being a vital part of maintaining a healthy back.

What is it?

If you prefer a gentler approach to keeping active then this is the class for you. A low intensity session incorporating a range of exercises and stretches that can be performed seated or standing. We work slowly with control and there's no pressure to keep up with anyone else!

Who is it for?

A perfect class for anyone wanting to keep active through gentle exercise. Ideal for beginners or anyone who is looking for a less intensive fitness class experience.

How will it help me?

Improved mobility, flexibility, balance and co-ordination. The slightly slower nature of the class gives you the chance to get to know those around you a little better too!

What is it?

A gentle and easy to follow exercise to music class incorporating a range of flowing movements which are performed at a slow and steady pace. Perfect for any beginners, those possibly new to exercise to music or who crave a less intensive Groove class. 

Who is it for?

Suitable for those who enjoy moving to music, but at a low intensity. The class is performed standing, so it is ideal for those who are unable to make it up and down from the floor to exercise.

How will it help me?

Improved mobility, flexibility, balance and co-ordination. The focus is on enjoyment and moving to music, so it will be sure to lift your mood!
